
Having practiced yoga for more than 25 years and taught yoga for five of them, I feel that I have gained a good understanding of yoga and the benefits that can be achieved with daily practice. Incorporating breathing practice (pranayama), uniting the mind and body with postures (asana), and releasing tension, calming the mind with a relaxation practice the rewards of yoga are boundless.
