Hello! My name, of course, is Sharon Honey and if there is ever an area that I thrive in, its the organisation of....anything!
I have two fantastic children aged eight and twelve and an amazing husband (who I won't age!) and have spent the past twelve years nurturing and prioritising my family. During this time I have also managed to fit in a whole manner of things such as studying a Social Science degree with the Open University, completing a Business Accounting course with Pitman, being a member of the children's' PTAs, being Chair, Secretary and general busy person at their playgroups and various committees........I could go on!
Before this time I spent many years being a PA to Company Directors. I chose to have my children before deciding what career path to take and being a PA taught me that whatever I was going to do with my life in future it would certainly be including organisation. I have a great passion for interior design - and above all, transforming a space for the better -it is what I love and what I feel passionate about. It has been highlighted many times both seriously and in jest by friends and family about the level of my methodical and organised systems, so I thought, OK, lets do something with it......so became......Less Is More!
My previous home was a 'buy to renovate' project and when completed, against the advice of my Estate Agent, I placed the property on the market for £15,000 more than the recommended market value. The house was placed on the market and within the first few days we received half a dozen offers for the full asking price! The home I live in now is a place for us as a family to enjoy for many years, therefore, this time I have focused on redesigning our home to make it stylish, comfortable, homely and of course.....organised!
