Each position is an exciting opportunity to work for the UK's 1no makeover and photographic studios retailing experiences and new id cosmetics, our rapidly growing 'suite's all' cosmetics range. Full training will be given to successful applicants.
Rate: £45 per day basic + OTE £2000 - £2500 per month
Basic plus commission and percentage of team members sales.
This is a freelance/self employed position
Stand managers will be responsibilities:
* Responsible for Motivation of sales assistants.
* Hit targets and motivate sales assistants to hit targets.
* Administration.
* Staff training.
* Stock maintenance.
Personal requirements:
* Previous experience essential.
* Excellent communicator.
* Determined and Strong leader qualities.
* Clear understanding of targets and commission.
* Ability to manage a team.
* Flexible.
