Contact Centre Trainer £17,000-£23,000
This role provides a comprehensive training and development resource for the Operations business units. You will work on the whole training cycle from training needs analysis through to design and delivery of bespoke training programmes, as well as drawing from an existing portfolio of courses to deliver relevant, concise training in line with business strategy.
You will work as part of a team to meet service and quality standards.
Person Specification
You will be an experienced trainer with excellent presentation and communication skills, within a Contact Centre environment. You will be familiar with training techniques and 121 coaching. You will have strong communication skills with a passion for delivering motivating, fun and effective training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Induction training for new staff
* Develop, continuously improve and facilitate training courses.
* Write training materials and learning aids.
* Co-ordinate training programmes as required.
* Produce suitable training solutions that are cost effective and meet the needs of the business.
* Coach staff as and when required during and after training delivery
* Ensure all training is delivered in a professional, motivational and effective manner.
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Microsoft Office literate - including PowerPoint & Excel.
* Coaching skills
* Adapt to working with different levels of people
* Excellent organisational skills
Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies
* TAPs, CIPD or equivalent qualified training professional.
* Experience of fast-paces Contact Centre environments.
* Financial Services background and experience.
* Extensive training experience - covering the whole training cycle including analysis, delivery & evaluation.
* Working with diverse groups/cultures
