ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
Key Relationships: Sales Support, Telesales Executive, Sales
Manager, Senior Sales Manager/ Business Manager, other business areas,
Customers
Salary range: £16k to 18k per annum plus bonus
Term: Permanent
* Assist the Sales Managers to meet portfolio targets through strong
team work
* To grow the portfolio through outgoing, proactive sales calls
* Manage customer relationships to maximise profitable growth of the
business
* Formulate and implement business plans in line with set targets,
with regular reviewing
* Effectively utilise all appropriate sources of management
information to monitor business performance and identify actions for
improvement
* Attend inter-departmental meetings to raise and address issues
* Attend internal and external meetings to present evolving strategies

* Initiate and maintain effective communication on issues that impact
on business performance, to ensure the sharing of best practice and key
information
* Manage administration relating to Sample Requests
* Support the Sales Managers in visits, through preparation of
presentation material, or attendance at meetings as required.
* Any other duties, which may reasonably be requested from time to
time.

Essential criteria
Qualifications/experience
Previous telesales experience with good customer service skills
Experienced within a dynamic sales environment
Knowledge
Competent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes

customers, suppliers and colleagues

from start to finish

to develop knowledge and skills as well as share own experiences with junior
staff within your remit
