You would have your own room with bed, wardrobe, TV, study area and Internet.

£115.00 per week for mature students/professionals.

A nice quiet location close to the city centre of Cardiff/Newport, parks, shops and major road networks.
Buses run approx every 9 mins.
The house itself is of modern decor and furnished to a high standard.
Shared lounge, kitchen (with washing machine), bathroom with all mod cons.
Private parking.
The house is light and well kept, lovely lounge with TV, newly renovated bathroom,large kitchen with French doors leading into a nice garden, with patio/BBQ.(photo's on request)

Where we are - Map
St Mellons is located next to Junction 29a of the A48 (M)/Eastern Avenue Junction, where the A48 continues eastbound along Newport Road through Coedkernew and the A48(M) rejoins the M4.
There are no train stations in the area, despite the local beauty spot Hendre Lake being just a stones throw away from the Freight Terminal Port, which is situated adjacent to the main route between Cardiff and Newport. Train users will have to commute using a bus from Cardiff city centre. Cardiff Bus serve St Mellons via services 30, 44 and 45. Services run approximately every 9mins (Monday to Friday) via each stop, and will arrive in Cardiff in around 35mins. St Mellons is in Zone 4 of the Cardiff Bus system, with single adult fares to Cardiff costing £1.60, and a return (Day Rider ticket) costing £3.50.
