Situated in a prime location for both Cardiff University, the hospitals and all of UWIC's campus. This very new flat has 5 fully furnished clean rooms each with 4ft double beds and all rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin. The furniture is all matching too! Each room also has a broadband internet and phone connection. The flat is tastefully decorated with a shared kitchen area with breakfast bar and leather sofas in a lounge area. The accommodation is stumbling distance from the student friendly Gower Pub which has a beer garden and Cardiff's only snooker table in a pub! Would suit individuals, foreign students or those who have not yet managed to sort their accommodation out yet.
What I'm looking for:
Female students only, to keep it nice and clean! This is my property although I don't live in it (there are 5 rooms to rent as stated - each fully lockable with own seperate key) that are available to rent as detailed above. I'm renting it out via an agency in Cardiff who will show you around and deal with you, but if you contact me then I can give you their details! Please note, there are NO agency fees to pay.
