Loire Valley town house for holiday rental

Originally an early 17 century Courtiers residence now modernised and divided into two houses. The town house (not let) looks over the main market square. The south facing garden house overlooks the secluded, enclosed back garden with patio area and built in paddling pool.It has a well equipped kitchen/dining area, living room with double doors onto the garden. The original wooden staircase leads to a first and second floor each with two large double bedrooms. Richelieu has a vibrant cafe life and shops offering quality french produce. It is an ideal location for visiting the many chateaux and hostoric sites in the area. The large park, just a few minutes walk has children's play area, mini zoo, fishing, tennis and outdoor pool(summer only). Golf courses, watersports and horse riding all within a half hour drive. The house does sleep 9, but is only let for six and baby unless agreed with owner. Prices are inclusive of all utilities, bedlinen, towels and loan of baby equipment if required.
