The apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom and living room with dinning and sitting-rooms.
The KITCHEN is completely new and equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, Fridge & Freezer, toaster, microwave, and all other modern conveniences.
The BATHROOM has wash-basin, shower, toilet, bidet, and towels.
The LIVING ROOM has a sofa (which transforms into a bed for two people), TV, a dining table and chairs, and all is need. The living room and the bedroom lead to a BIG BALCONY with table and chairs, and with sea/beach view.
Linen and bath towels are provided, and changed every week.
The apartment has also a private closed GARAGE, and a SWIMMING-POOL, a supermarket in the building's ground floor and several other convenience shops.
