lovely 1st floor flat available for holidays in dawlish warren. near exeter. sleeps 4 with double bed settee in the lounge. the holiday park is family friendly and there are lots of activities/fun and games, crazy golf, swimming and club with full entertainment programme. the beach is only a short level walk,along with shops, bars and restaurants. the trains and buses are also very close by. short breaks are available, weekends or mon-fri, last few weeks of the season just £25 per night.
